LEGO UCS Executor 75457 Is 136 cm Long and Packs 6,130 Pieces

LEGO Star Wars 75457 Executor Super Star Destroyer has been officially revealed as a new Ultimate Collector Series set. With 6,130 pieces and a length of roughly 136 cm, LEGO describes it as the longest brick-built Star Wars model it has ever released.

This is very much an adult display set. At more than 5 kg and 136 cm from end to end, the Executor moves beyond the scale of a typical shelf model and starts to demand dedicated display space.

6,130 pieces and a 136 cm footprint

75457 measures approximately 136 cm long, 50 cm wide and 20 cm high. The internal structure uses Technic-supported construction to help stabilize the unusually long hull.

The size becomes even clearer when compared with 75356 Executor Super Star Destroyer from 2023. That model had 630 pieces and measured around 43 cm long. The new UCS version is more than three times longer and nearly ten times larger by piece count.

Seven minifigures, including the full bounty hunter lineup

The set includes seven minifigures: Darth Vader, Boba Fett, Dengar, Bossk, IG-88, 4-LOM and Zuckuss.

LEGO says this is the first time the complete group of six bounty hunters from The Empire Strikes Back has appeared together in a single set. IG-88 also receives a new head element.

The minifigures are tied to a separate bridge vignette built at minifigure scale, giving the character lineup more context than a simple display stand.

Micro-scale details sell the size of the Executor

LEGO has included several smaller elements designed to emphasize the ship’s enormous in-universe scale. These include a miniature Star Destroyer and a tiny Millennium Falcon represented on a 1×1 plate.

The main model also has an integrated display stand, so it does not require a separate external support solution once built.

A new printed detail used 60 times

Another notable design detail is a newly created printed element used 60 times across the hull. It represents surface lights and small mechanical details without relying on a large number of stickers.

Price and availability

LEGO has announced official prices of €749.99, $799.99 and £649.99.

The global press release states availability from October 1, 2026, while the US product page distinguishes between LEGO Insiders early access on October 1 and a general release on October 4.

That means availability details may differ by market, so regional product pages remain the best source for exact local launch timing.

Darth Vader’s Lightsaber 40897 is now officially tied to 75457

LEGO has also confirmed the promotion for 40897 Darth Vader’s Lightsaber. The 174-piece hilt model will be offered with purchases of 75457 from October 1 through October 7, 2026, while supplies last.

This is a significant update from earlier reports that linked the two sets before LEGO had formally confirmed the relationship. The connection is now official.

A UCS set built around scale as much as detail

75457 is not simply a larger version of the 2023 Executor. Its scale makes room for the bridge vignette, the complete bounty hunter lineup and small comparison models that help communicate just how massive the ship is supposed to be.

For collectors, the practical question may be as important as the price: where do you put a 136 cm Star Wars model? At this size, the Executor starts to function almost like a piece of furniture rather than a conventional display set.
